We respect your right to delete your account and all associated data. This page explains the steps to request account deletion, what data is removed, and the timeline for processing your request.
How to Request Account Deletion

Send a deletion request email
Email us at contact@ltleadership.eu with the subject line "StartWar Account Deletion Request".

Include your account information
Provide the email address associated with your StartWar account so we can identify your data. If you signed in with Google, provide the Google email you used.

Receive confirmation
We will confirm receipt of your request within 3 business days and process the deletion within 30 days.

⚠ Important: Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. All game progress, campaign data, purchased content, and leaderboard rankings will be permanently removed. This action cannot be undone.
Additional Information
- Deletion requests are processed within 30 calendar days of receipt.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your data has been deleted.
- If you signed in with Google, deleting your StartWar account does not affect your Google account.
- In-app purchases processed by Google Play are subject to Google's refund policy and are not affected by account deletion.
- Anonymized, aggregated data (e.g., total number of games played globally) that cannot be linked back to you may be retained for analytics purposes.
