iubi ("we", "our", "us") operates the iubi mobile application, a private voice-messaging and partner-connection app for iOS and Android. You control location sharing. You can turn it off at any time from the in-app Location Sharing settings, and you can additionally revoke or restrict the App's location permission through your device's system settings. When location sharing is off, iubi does not collect your location.
With your permission, iubi registers your device with Expo Push and Apple/Google push services so we can deliver notifications about incoming voice messages and other in-app events. We store your push token on our server and associate it with your account.

Your data is stored on secure servers operated by our hosting and storage providers. Voice messages, photos, and memory-card media are stored in Supabase Storage. Account and message metadata are stored in a managed PostgreSQL database. All data in transit between the App and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS. We apply industry-standard access controls, token-based authentication, and rate limiting to our APIs.
While we take reasonable precautions, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data. Please review the AI-generated software disclaimer in our Terms and Conditions regarding additional risk you assume by using this App.
We do not sell, trade, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We use the following third-party services strictly for App functionality:

iubi is an intentionally shared experience. When you pair with another iubi user, that user will receive and can replay the voice messages, photos, and memory cards you send to them, and, when you enable location sharing, can see your distance and approximate location. You are responsible for whom you pair with and what you choose to send or share.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Voice messages, photos, and memory cards are retained so that you and your paired user can continue to replay and reference them. If you request account deletion, we will permanently remove your account record and your uploaded media within 30 days. Anonymized, aggregated diagnostic statistics (for example, total messages delivered) may be retained indefinitely.

iubi is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at contact@ltleadership.eu and we will promptly delete such information.
Your data may be processed in countries other than your country of residence. By using the App, you consent to the transfer of your information to countries that may have different data-protection laws than your jurisdiction.
